About Me
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and Massachusetts, specializing in individual therapy for adults and young adults. I exclusively provide Telehealth services, allowing for flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your own space. With a strong foundation in compassion, authenticity and empathy, I am committed to fostering a trusting and collaborative environment that empowers my clients to explore their vulnerabilities and achieve personal growth.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior and relational methods. These techniques are tailored to address the unique needs of each individual.
I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from William James College and completed my post-doctoral fellowship at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center. My pre-doctoral internships across diverse settings—including college counseling, community mental health centers, and hospital environments—provided me with a wealth of valuable clinical experience.
With experience in both group and individual practice, I am dedicated to guiding my clients on their journeys toward personal growth and fulfillment. I support individuals in developing effective coping skills while creating a safe space to explore underlying beliefs for deeper self-understanding.
I have specialized expertise in addressing eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship/ family issues. I look forward to partnering with you on your path toward healing and self-discovery in the hopes of cultivating a more fulfilling and enriched life.
